Project Description
Ovlivion MKT is a digital marketing agency expanding from a local Texas operation into a full U.S.–based brand. With this shift came a need for a website that reflected the quality of their work — visually bold, strategically structured, and optimized for national reach.
They needed a redesign that could match their upgraded branding by showcasing high-quality video and image assets. This was vital to expand their reach and was accomplished through a focus on search visibility with region-targeted SEO.
My role was to help rebuild the entire experience — from the sitemap and structure to the visual system and content presentation.
01 — THE PROBLEM
Ovlivion’s existing website didn’t reflect the agency they were becoming.
Their challenges included:
A disorganized information structure that didn’t communicate their services clearly
Pages with overwhelming visuals but no hierarchy
Inconsistent branding
Poor search visibility, especially for out-of-state audiences
No strategy for showcasing high-resolution video content
A website that was not prepared for nation-wide scaling
They needed more than a refresh — they needed a strategic, visual, SEO-aligned rebuild.
02 — MY ROLE & CONTRIBUTIONS
I served as the UX & Web Designer, working closely with the agency owner and an SEO specialist.
My contributions included:
✓ UX Architecture & Sitemapping
Designed a clear sitemap that grouped their wide range of services into intuitive categories.
Created a structure that can scale as the agency expands nationally.
Planned page flows for Paid Ads, Branding, Video Production, Social Media, SEO, and Consulting.
✓ High-Impact Visual Strategy
Designed a layout optimized for large videos and high-res images.
Created visual sections that highlight case studies, before/after examples, and brand capabilities.
Integrated full-bleed video headers and dynamic image grids.
✓ Brand-Aligned Redesign
Matched the UI to their brand identity — dark, bold, modern, filmic.
Ensured color, type, spacing, and components aligned with their visual system.
✓ SEO Integration (in collaboration)
Worked hand-in-hand with the SEO specialist to structure pages that:
Target geographic keywords
Improve page organization for crawling
Maintain performance even with heavy media
Use SEO-friendly copy and metadata
Ensured the design supported conversion-focused content layouts.
✓ Technical Support & File Handling
Optimized videos and images for web delivery while keeping quality intact.
Structured the CMS to handle large assets without slowing performance.
Enabled easy expansion for future case studies and service offerings.

The redesigned website transformed Ovlivion MKT from a regional agency into a brand that feels national in scale.
It presents their services clearly, showcases their visual strengths, and positions them as a credible U.S. marketing firm.
Working alongside an SEO specialist ensured every design decision had strategic impact — from how pages were structured to how media was delivered.
This project deepened my experience designing for high-visual industries, where storytelling, performance, and clarity all need to work together.
